Are you interested in learning how to mount and preserve your own waterfowl? Look no further than Memories Afield Taxidermy. Our upcoming workshop in 2024 will be taught by master Taxidermist Ron Hawkins. Attendees will learn the necessary skills to skin, flesh, and mount a duck from start to finish. Not only will you learn these valuable skills, but you will also have hands-on experience with your own duck to take home with you! In addition, Ron will instruct you on how to attach your newly mounted bird to a piece of driftwood for a simple base.

Our workshops offer a comprehensive curriculum that covers everything from skinning and mounting to painting and finishing. We believe that hands-on learning is the most effective way to master the art of taxidermy. That's why our workshops are designed to be fun, engaging and informative. Make sure to sign up now to save your spot, seats are limited and are exclusive to individuals 18 years and older. Get ready for an unforgettable experience with Memories Afield Taxidermy’s upcoming workshops in 2024. Our workshops are designed for individuals who want to learn the skill of mounting their own animals with the guidance of skilled professional taxidermist. We offer workshops at $250 per day, with a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 20 days. Participants are required to provide their own animals for mounting, and will be provided with a list of materials to purchase before their workshop. We also offer trailer or RV rentals for just $30 per day, or bring your own trailer for $15 per day. A 25% deposit is required before the workshop, and payment can be made via credit card or debit card with a 3.8% fee. Participants are responsible for their own meals, but we offer pickup from the airport in Idaho Falls or Pocatello for added convenience.
